I have used Run for many years and Kurt has provided a consistently high level of service. In fact they are so good I still buy my running shoes from Run even though I no longer live in Hove. Absolutely amazing service.

EDIT - Just bought my 3rd pair of shoes from Run and they are just fantastic, genuinely interested is why you run, full of advice and really felt like they gave attention and cared. Thank you! Great service. Bought some running shoes from elsewhere years ago without thinking much about it and caused myself all sorts of problems with the wrong shoes. These guys were brilliant then. 10 years on I'm running again whilst in lock down and my old shoes were killing me. Emailed and Kurt came straight back to me same day, suggested the right shoe based on pictures of my old ones and what I had told him and delivered them to me next day. I would add that price wise they were as competitive as anything I saw online. Would highly recommended!!!

Absolutely *first class* customer service. From finding me the right shoes onwards they are the only place I'll consider going for running shoes now. They took all the guesswork out of finding shoes and I'm so happy with the Brooks I've ended up with and been happily running in an reordering from them since. If you're unsure of what you want, you won't be when you leave. Thank you Kurt and everyone at Run!

My latest of many purchases was made here about 3 weeks ago and - once again - really pleased with the service and product. There’s obviously no massive range of shoes to browse but what stock they’re holding is done so for a reason. Their decades of running experience feeds through to what they suggest you try on. There’s never any pressure and you can go for a lap of the block if you like to really try the shoes on. Shops - and expertise - like this is why we’ll always be fortunate to have a high street. 👍

Fantastic knowledge and customer service. I would highly recommend this place for both beginner and elite runners. Lots of advice on what shoe would be good for me and general running tips, I felt really motivated after speaking to the owner to get running too!
